2. We pray for the deceased of our parish especially ALBERTA CARDENAS and ANTHONY J. GRANCHELLI, HENRY COAKLEY DOLCE AND FLORENCE GRAHAM.

Gospel: Luke 5:1-11
Luke tells of Jesus preaching to a crowd, then joining Peter who was about to end a fruitless day of fishing.
He told Peter to lower his net back in, and a great number of fish were caught. Upon seeing this, Peter and his companions, James and John, immediately abandoned their nets to follow Jesus.
