3. THE MANDATE TO WEAR MASKS IN CHURCH IS LIFTED AND CONSIDERED OPTIONAL.

PREP Registration:
April 2 - April 29, 2022, a late fee of $50 will begin on April 30. 2022
Please see our website www.ryeprep.org for more information on class days/times and fee schedules. Places in each class are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who complete the registration process first will have the widest choice of days and times.
Our volunteer catechists and co-catechists are the heart and soul of our program. Please consider sharing your faith with the youth of our Parish. Tuition discounts apply.
In addition, if you are aware of parishioners that have children entering Grade 1 next year and who currently do not have children attending the PREP program, please let them know that registration will be opening next week.

Extra Parking at Res Chapel, 88 Milton Rd, Carpooling is a good idea.
The Usual Masses on Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday will be live-streamed. Also, the 7:30 pm Mass on Holy Thursday and the 3 pm Liturgy on Good Friday will be live-streamed for the convenience of Resurrection parishioners.

HS MARCH MADNESS AT RESURRECTION
Our parish sponsored a 10 game March Madness season for 75 players again this year. The students attended Rye High School, Fordham Prep, Brunswick, Iona, Stepinac, and Harrison High School. Games were played on Sunday nights and Wednesday nights during March.
Congratulations to the PINK team who won the Championship Game to become League Champions.

Also Charlie Howard and Derek Wood, seniors at Rye HS, received the Sportsmanship award. These 2 player coaches were named because of their fairness, team spirit, and uprightness.
A Summer College and High School League will begin in late June.
Today's Gospel:
Gospel: Luke 22:14—23:56
Luke gives a detailed account of Jesus' last supper with the apostles, where Jesus tells them he will soon suffer in fulfillment of God's will. Then Jesus prayed that he might be spared if it suited God's will.
After Judas betrayed Jesus, he was arrested. Although Pilate did not think Jesus was guilty of a crime, he gave in to the will of the people, and sentenced Jesus to death on a cross. Then Jesus was crucified and his body laid in a new tomb.
BOOK CLUB
The Bible Book Club will meet on Thursday, April 28th, at 9:30 am or 7:30 pm to discuss “Mary’s Voice In The Gospel According To John: A New Translation With Commentary” by Michael Pakaluk(Regnery Gateway2021).
We will meet in the Resurrection Chapel formerly the Methodist Church. Please choose the morning session at 9:30 AM or the evening session at 7:30 PM. The informal book discussion will last about an hour. Please see the Book Club page on the Parish website for more info:
