The recorded Masses can be watched anytime. For example, if you miss Mass at Resurrection and you'd like to listen to the homily, the 5 pm, and 10 am Masses are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for 3 months.
FIRST HOLY COMMUNION CERTIFICATE MASS
Resurrection Parish will have a First Holy Communion Certificate Mass to honor our second graders who have just received their First Eucharist TODAY Sunday, May 21 at 10:00 am. All parishioners are invited to attend this Mass.
Refreshments will be served afterward in Lower Church Hall.

BAPTISM CLASS
Please note: The Baptism Class for May will be held on Monday, May 22, 2023, 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm, and will be in THE PREP BUILDING, which is the building adjacent to the Church.
FRENCH CHILDREN CHOIR VISIT
Our Parish will host the renowned French children’s choir “Choeur d'Enfants d'Île De France” from Friday, July 21st through Monday, July 24th. This famous children’s choir is known for its vocal color, round and powerful, the level of its repertoire, and the quality of its performance. There are 36 boys and girls in the choir who will be touring Canada, Boston, Connecticut, and New York this summer. The renowned Francis Bardot is the choir director.
There will be a 75-minute concert in our parish on Friday, July 21st at 6 pm (more information to follow).
We are looking for 18 Resurrection families to host two of these choir members for 3 nights, Friday, July 21st, 7 pm through Monday, July 24th, 9 am. Host families should provide lodging, meals and supervision during the visit. The choir will be practicing and attending day trips in the New York area during most of the day. Host family responsibilities include:
- 7/21 - 4 pm choir arrives at Resurrection; 6 pm opening concert in the church; after concert dinner with host family at modest restaurant is recommended.
- 7/22 & 7/23 - breakfast followed by a drop off at Resurrection by 9 am then a pick up at Resurrection at 6 pm, followed by dinner provided by the host family.
- Breakfast on 7/24 followed by a drop off at Resurrection by 9 am.
The ability to speak French is a plus, but not necessary. One of the charisms of the choir is to stay for a few nights in an American home. If you would like to host 2 choir members (ages 9-14; boys or girls) please call or email the Rectory, 914-967-0142 or rectory910@resurrectio...
The children’s choir will also sing at the 11:15 am Mass on Sunday, July 23rd.
There will be a Parish Barbeque on the field from 12:30-2:30pm on July 23rd. All are welcome.
This will be an enriching and rewarding weekend for the host families and our parish family.
There will be an Open House for our new Pre-K 2 Plus Class TODAY Sunday, May 21st, from 9:30 am - 11 am in the new PREP Bldg, Classroom 1st floor. There are still a few open spots for Sept class, children must be aged 2 years 8 months on Sept 1st.
The Family Mass will be held at 8:45 am the same day. Meet the new classroom teacher and Catherine Gluck the 2-year-old Education Director. You will be amazed at our new facility.
Refreshments will be served.

Opening Your Heart explores the fundamental questions of our Catholic faith and our relationship with Jesus Christ. We'll dig into such topics as prayer, conquering our fears, and what we're supposed to do with suffering that feels senseless. As we're wrestling with our questions through the study, we'll be challenged to open our hearts to the only One who can bring the healing and transformation we so desire.
Classes will begin in the fall on either Tuesday mornings or Wednesday evenings.

The Westchester County Mobile Shredder will be in the parking lot at Rye Presbyterian Church from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Please enter the Church parking lot from Parsons Street and stay in your car. Someone will assist you with your documents.
So box up your documents and...
- Bring your confidential personal papers for shredding
- Remove all large binder clips and covers
- Paper clips and staples are ok
There will be a locked bin in the Assembly Room starting on
Friday, June 9, if someone wants to drop off documents to be recycled.
(Please note: Papers from businesses, institutions or commercial enterprises are not acceptable and will be rejected, as will any junk mail or newspapers.)
