The recorded Masses can be watched anytime. For example, if you miss Mass at Resurrection and you'd like to listen to the homily, the 5 pm, and 10 am Masses are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for 3 months.
FEAST OF ASSUMPTION TUESDAY, AUGUST 15
The Feast of the Assumption Honoring our Blessed Mother is a Holy Day of Obligation.
Masses are:
Monday, August 14th at 5 PM.
Tuesday, August 15th at 8 AM and 9 AM, and 5 PM

Quinn Monahan, 16, was selected as the League High School, MVP in our Summer Basketball League.

The 2024 Mass Intentions Book at Resurrection is open for requests. There are about 3 dozen masses left. There will be a limit of seven masses per family and two names per Mass.
The weekday Mass offering is $20.00 per Mass and the weekend Masses offering is $25.00 per Mass.
We will be using a new online system that will allow you to view and select available Mass times and make the offering payment by credit card.

Today's Gospel
Matthew 14:22-33
Matthew vividly recounts the event of Jesus walking on the water. When the disciples see this, they are terrified, and Jesus chastises them for their fear. Peter begs Christ to let him walk on the water; he is at first brave but begins to sink and loses faith, crying out, “Lord save me!” Christ rescues him for his faltering faith.
The PREP is in need of volunteer catechists for the 2023-2024 year. Please consider joining our wonderful family of dedicated catechists! High school seniors are eligible to teach as well.
