The recorded Masses can be watched anytime. For example, if you miss Mass at Resurrection and you'd like to listen to the homily, the 5 pm, and 10 am Masses are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for 3 months.
AUTOMATIC DOOR OPENER
Our parish has installed a new automatic door opener at the handicapped entrance of the church. This will assist our parishioners and visitors who need assistance opening the heavy outside church door. There is a button on both sides for entering and leaving.
With the push of the button, the automatic door opener will allow persons in wheelchairs and walkers to enter the Church with a minimum of difficulty. It will improve accessibility to the church for your loved ones or guests.
Thank you to the Parish Council for making this recommendation to us.
FEAST OF IMMACULATE CONCEPTION
is December 8th
Friday, December 8th is the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, a Holy Day of Obligation.

Thursday, December 7th Vigil Mass at 5 pm
Friday, December 8th at 8 am, 9 am, and 5 pm
Please join us for the Annual Lighting of the Resurrection Christmas Trees TODAY, Saturday, December 2nd, following the 5:00 pm Mass.
There will be a Christmas sing-along, as well as a special visitor from the North Pole.
All are welcome, especially young families!

Please give yourselves extra time coming to Mass for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
Note: Church opens at 3:15 pm on Christmas Eve, NO saving seats.
There will be a second beautiful Christmas Eve Mass with music at 4:05 pm for the overflow in the Lower Church Hall.
Please follow the directions of the Ushers who will direct the overflow crowd downstairs.
We also recommend attending the 6:00 pm, or 10:00 pm Masses where seating and parking are guaranteed. (Note: No 7:30 pm & Midnight Mass) Extra parking is available at 88 Milton Road (Two-Year-Old Center Res Chapel)
THE GIVING TREE
All Gifts will go to Cardinal McCloskey CC
and Don Bosco CC.
The Christmas Giving Tree is located at St. Joseph’s Altar of the church and is beautifully decorated with hand-made ornaments. Please take an ornament (or two) and return a Christmas gift for a needy boy or girl. Gifts should be unwrapped with the ornament securely taped to the package.
Respect Life gifts of diapers, baby presents and blankets are also needed.
This year we are also accepting donations of gift cards for teens to Kohls, Target, or Amazon. Leave it in a gift bag and drop it off at the Rectory.

COFFEE HOUR
There will be a “Coffee Hour” after the 8:45 am Mass on Sunday, December 17th in The Lower Church Hall. Refreshments will be served.
There will be a special visitor from the North Pole and Frosty the Snowman who will pose for photos and distribute religious gifts.
50th & 25th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
Our parish will be Hosting a Mass on Sunday, December 10th at 11:15 am for couples who celebrated their 50th and 25th Wedding Anniversaries
in 2023.
Any couple celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary (1973) or 25th Wedding Anniversary (1998) in 2023 is most welcome. There will be a renewal of vows and a special Blessing during Mass.
Jubilarian couples are asked to register at 967-0142 by December 6th.

BAPTISM CLASS
December Baptism Class will be held on Monday, December 18th from 7:30 - 8:30 pm in the Grammar School. Parents are required to attend this class.
