The recorded Masses can be watched anytime. For example, if you miss Mass at Resurrection and want to listen to the Homily, the 5 pm, and 10 am Masses are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for 3 months.
PRAY FOR MSGR. O’DONNELL
As you probably know Monsignor Edward O’Donnell is seriously sick and near death at the Cardinal O’Connor Clergy Residence in Riverdale.
We will let you know when God calls him home. Msgr. O’Donnell served at Resurrection from 2000-2020. He is a man of many talents who has lived a full life. His 96th birthday is in a few short weeks.
We pray that there will be more priests who follow the holy example of this great man.
The Parish Religious Education Program Needs Catechists/Religion Teachers Grades 1st - 8th, for September.
Please consider volunteering to share our Catholic faith with the children of Resurrection Parish.
Catechists are needed for various grades. Teaching materials and lesson plans will be provided. Teaching religion is a truly rewarding and faith-enriching experience.

Jesus fed a crowd of five thousand people with five loaves of bread and a couple of dried fish. After everyone present had enough to eat, twelve baskets of leftover bread were collected. Jesus then realized the people would want to make him king so he fled alone.

Opening Your Heart explores the fundamental questions of our Catholic faith and our relationship with Jesus Christ. We'll dig into topics like prayer, reading the Bible, the role of the Holy Spirit in our lives, and what we're supposed to do with suffering that feels senseless. As we're wrestling with our questions through the study, we'll be challenged to open our hearts to the only One who can bring the healing and transformation we so desire.
Classes will begin in the fall on either Tuesday mornings or Wednesday evenings.
