The recorded Masses can be watched anytime. For example, if you miss Mass at Resurrection and want to listen to the Homily, the 5 pm, and 10 am Masses are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for 3 months.
CYO MASS NOVEMBER 24th
The Annual CYO Mass for players, coaches, and families will be held on Sunday, November 24th, at 11:15 AM.
All players and coaches are required to attend. A gift will be presented to everyone.

The POTS Thanksgiving Luncheon is a few short weeks away. We still need volunteers for the last shift, 12-2 p.m., and we desperately need volunteers to clean up after the event. Please click on the link below to volunteer.
We also need many food items for the luncheon: pies, cases of apple juice, cases of water, boxed mashed potatoes, and stuffing. Please click on the link below to donate.

The adult choir would like to invite anyone who may be interested in singing with us for the 6:00 PM Christmas Eve Mass. Christmas rehearsals begin on November 21st at 7:00 PM in the Choir room located on the 1st floor of the PREP building.
This is the perfect opportunity for anyone who would like to sing in the choir but can’t make the yearly commitment. Maybe you've wanted to join the choir but just want to try it out to see if you like it. If that's you, join for Christmas!

Confirmation Classes for Grade 8 Private Catholic School students begin On Tuesday, January 7th

COAT DRIVE ENDS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 11TH
Homeless children and their parents desperately need your clean, gently used coats!
Tonight 30,000 homeless children are sleeping in NYC Shelters!!!!
Please donate your CLEAN children’s and adult winter coats, boots, hats, and gloves to the Children's Collective's Annual Coat Drive.
Donations can be dropped off in the Resurrection vestibule from October 26th to November 11th. Every coat will be given to a child or parent in need.

TODAYS GOSPEL
Mark 12:38-44
Jesus expressed disgust over the hypocrisy of some of the scribes for wanting special treatment from the people. He watched the wealthy put large contributions into the collection box, but explained that what they gave was surplus wealth, and not a real sacrifice.
He told them the biggest donation was a small amount from a widow, because she had given up the only money that she had to live on.
