The recorded Masses can be watched anytime. For example, if you miss Mass at Resurrection and want to listen to the Homily, the 5 pm and 10 am Masses are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for 3 months.
2026 MASS BOOK WILL OPEN ON JUNE 18TH
Remembering a loved one at Mass is a noble and recommended way to honor a deceased or living person
The 2026 Mass Intentions Book at Resurrection will be open for requests starting Wednesday, June 18th. There will be a limit of seven masses per family and two names per Mass.
Both weekday masses and weekend masses the offering will be $25.00 per Mass.
The link to the system will be sent on Tuesday, June 18th at 12 noon and added to the Church website.
FR. THOMAS PIRO
Last Sunday, June 1st, newly ordained Fr. Thomas Piro returned to Resurrection to celebrate his First mass in New York. Afterward, there was a reception with his first Priestly blessings in the Lower Church Hall.
He was ordained a priest in the Camden Cathedral on May 17th by Bishop Joseph Williams. He is the youngest Roman Catholic priest in America.
As you know, Fr Thomas Piro came to Resurrection last year on weekends as a deacon to assist at Masses, preach, distribute Holy Communion, and visit nursing homes. etc. He was a pleasure to have on staff.
There was a luncheon reception afterward in the lower church hall with the first priestly blessings.
Fr. Piro was ordained a priest of the diocese of Camden and will become a parochial vicar and part-time vocation director for the diocese.
We ask God’s choicest Blessings on this fine person and wish him well as a new priest of Jesus Christ.
Please pray for him and for all priests, and an increase of vocations to the Priestly life. (The photo above is Father Tom surrounded by his parents.)
The family owns a pizzeria in Wildwood, New Jersey.
Confirmation will take place TODAY, Sunday, June 8th at 12:30 pm and 3 pm. The 12:30 pm Mass is CLOSED to parishioners. Please note that the event will last 75 minutes and seating will be limited.
The Confirmation Certificate Mass will be on Sunday, June 22nd at 10 am, Mass. This is the only way to receive the Confirmation Certificate.
Please bring your donations to any of the Masses and leave them at St. Joseph's Altar.

TODAYS GOSPEL
Jesus appeared to the disciples even though they had locked the doors in fear. Jesus then showed the disciples his hands and his side; and they rejoiced at his presence. He breathed on them saying "Receive the Holy Spirit." He then gave the disciples the power to forgive others or hold them accountable for their sins.
