The recorded Masses can be viewed at any time. For example, if you miss Mass at Resurrection and want to listen to the Homily, the 5 pm and 10 am Masses are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day for 3 months.

Ash Wednesday is February 18th; it is the beginning of the Lenten Season.

Prayer, Fasting, and Almsgiving
Ash Wednesday begins the season of Lent, a time of sacrifice and repentance as we strive to turn our hearts to Jesus. The ashes we receive at church remind us of our mortality and the need to repent of our sins. The shape of the cross reminds us that we have a savior in Jesus Christ.
Traditionally, there are three pillars of Lent to help us in our journey closer to the Lord: prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. By making sacrifices and practicing these three things, we can deepen our love for Jesus this Lent.
Stations of the Cross will be conducted on Fridays of Lent at 7 pm in the Church.

Today's Gospel
Matthew 5:17-37
In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus tells the people he has come to fulfill the law. He speaks strongly against murder and anger, against adultery and lust, and against false oaths and lies. He warns the people that unless their virtue exceeds that of the Pharisees, they “will not enter the kingdom of God.”
